Your Reception

With a room to suit all weddings, Leasowe Castle offers you a choice of suites, each with a unique ambience and style that can be tailored to meet your individual wishes.

Our friendly wedding co-ordinators will arrange regular meetings with you and your partner to discuss your wedding, and will be available throughout the planning process to listen, recommend, advise and help you create your perfect day.

White table linen is included in the room hire and we have our own chair covers and sashes available to hire if you require. 

The Castle Suite

Offering a traditional and ornate backdrop for your reception, this panelled room with high ceilings and grand chandeliers, can be adapted to accommodate smaller numbers during the day and opened up for a larger party in the evening. We recommend a minimum of 60 guests during the day to create a good ambience, but the suite can comfortably accommodate up to 240 guests for a formal wedding breakfast.

There are two bars within the suite and a large stage, ideal for live entertainment. Reception drinks and canapés can be enjoyed in the beautiful castle gardens, weather permitting.

A complimentary four poster suite in the castle is included for the Bride and Groom on their wedding night. Choose from the Earl of Derby suite or the Edward Cust suite.*

Suitable for 60 to 240 guests.

The Turret Suite

A beautiful, self-contained suite located on the first floor and overlooking the castle grounds and Leasowe golf course. The Turret suite has its own bar and a spacious reception room, ideal for greeting your guests before your wedding breakfast. Luxurious drapes adorn the windows which can be changed to complement the colour theme of your wedding.

A complimentary four poster suite in the castle is included for the Bride and Groom on their wedding night. Choose from the Earl of Derby suite or the Edward Cust suite.*

Suitable for 40 to 70 guests for a formal wedding breakfast, and up to 110 guests in the evening.

The Star Chamber

This stunning and ornate room is ideal for more intimate parties and can accommodate a private wedding breakfast or dinner for up to 26 guests.

A complimentary four poster suite in the castle is included for the Bride and Groom on their wedding night. Choose from the Earl of Derby suite or the Edward Cust suite.*

Suitable for up to 26 guests. 

Private Dining

We have a selection of alternative options for smaller party sizes. Please ask our events team for further information.

Marquee in the Grounds

We are very happy for you to hold your wedding reception in a marquee in our stunning grounds, subject to you engaging a reputable company to deliver, install and decorate the marquee at your own cost. Regrettably we do not have our own marquee to hire.
