The pole dance classes take place in the studio of the health club. We have 6 poles and 3 fully qualified and experienced pole instructors. There are a maximum of 12 students in a class so you will only ever share your pole with one other dancer (a great way to make friends and a good excuse for a little rest). Courses are well planned and designed to help you progress at your own pace, improve fitness and strength and most of all HAVE FUN!! Please note, students need to book well in advance of the course start date to guarantee their place.

Services and Events at The Castle Club;

• NEW OFFER... Book on two different classes in the same course and get the second class HALF PRICE
• Pole dance courses run over 7 weeks. Courses are available for Beginners, Improvers, Intermediate and Advanced students of all ages, shapes and sizes. Over the 7 weeks, students learn a variety of spins and tricks as well as a dance element. We also work to improve students' strength and flexibility
• Courses must be booked well in advance of the start date with a £20 non-refundable deposit. The full amount is payable in advance of the course start date (£42)
• NEW OFFER... Introduce a new dancer to our classes and get £10 off the price of your course... to receive the discount, both courses must be paid for together in full
• Personal Training. One-to-one tuition with one of the fully qualified instructors at The Castle Club. Sessions are for one hour and focus on the needs and ability of the individual client (£15 per session)
• Miss Wirral Pole Dancer (The Castle Club Pole Dancers vs Lovespin Dancers). This is an annual competition held in the ballroom of Leasowe Castle Hotel. Last year the competition was held on SATURDAY 15th OCTOBER. Every year it is open to students and instructors and is a fantastic night out with a difference focusing on the fitness, skill and performance of the dancers. To date we have raised over £1,500 for Clatterbridge Cancer Research, over £550 for Cancer Research UK and over £200 for Barnardos... Thank You again for your support and enthusiasm!
• Miss Castle Club Pole Dancer 2011 was held on Saturday 26th March in the Ballroom of Leasowe Castle Hotel. Half of the ticket sale money was donated to HELP FOR HEROES charity raising just shy of £700. Students of all abilities entered and it was a great opportunity for students to show off what they had learnt in class in a safe and friendly environment. Congratulations to Deena Dean our worthy 'rock-chic' winner!
• Hen Parties are great fun and can either be booked directly with The Castle Club or with the hotels' sales team if the party would like to take advantage of hotel accomodation/party nights/murder mystery nights etc.

STUDENTS ONLY... Don't forget, you are welcome to come down to the club and train in the studio at any time (phone to confirm that the studio is available prior to your visit) at a cost of £5 per person... (no invert tricks to be attempted without a competant spotter present).
